Practices that Foster Nervous System Regulation and Emotional Resilience

  • Mūv 425 Rue Main Hudson, QC, J0P 1H0 Canada (map)

Life has become increasingly complex, stressful and insecure in many ways. Many people are suffering from anxiety, depression, chronic pain, poor sleep/insomnia and numerous other chronic health problems. Fundamentally, all of these mental or physical conditions have in common an underlying cause: dysregulation of the nervous system. More than ever, yoga and mindfulness practices can help regulate our stressed nervous systems and develop physical and emotional resilience and well-being.

Join Diana Perez for this 2.5-hour workshop to explore these practices.
