You will be lying down on your mat for a little more than one hour, once we have moved some stagnant energies. We will use short Kundalini Yoga Kriyas and Mediations to prepare body, mind and soul to dive deep into a relaxed state and to receive the healing vibrations of the gong and crystal bowls.
Bring pillows and blankets to be warm and cozy. It’s recommended to use something to cover eyes with.
